「差し支えなければ、アメリカでどのくらいお金をもらっていたか伺っても良いでしょうか？」
Do you mind if ...? で「差し支えなければ、〜しても良いですか？」
how much money you used to make で「昔は・以前はいくらお金を稼いでいたか」
ーIf it's not too personal, could I ask what your salary was like in America?
「立ち入ったことを伺いますが、アメリカでのあなたのお給料はいくらでしたか？」
if it's not too personal は直訳すると「もしそれが個人的なことでなさすぎないなら」となり If it's not too personal, could I ask ...? で「立ち入ったことを伺いますが」のように訳せます。
