英語の訳語がなかなかないですね。でも例えば「絶賛リハーサル中」を動画のタイトルや概要欄に入れる場合は英語で「here's a video of us rehearsing before our performance on 〇月〇日!(演奏などの前のリハーサル)」や「come with us to rehearsal before the video shoot (撮影の前のリハーサル)」を自然に使えますね。
