I would prefer to have that meeting earlier in the week.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーI would prefer to have that meeting earlier in the week.
「そのミーティングは週の前半が好ましいです」
earlier in the week で「その週の前半」と言えます。
「4月の２週目の前半」は in the beginning of the second week of April
「4月の３週目の後半」は at the end of the third week of April と言えます。
