遠くのあれ見える？って英語でなんて言うの？

遠くに見える何か（人、場所、建物etc.）が見えるか聞きたいです。

「遠く」は、しばしば、
far away, in the distance, in the long run, などと訳されることが多いかと思いますが、ここで適している表現は何でしょうか？

ネイティブが使う自然な表現を教えて下さい。

この場合の「遠くは」far away や in the distance を使って言うと良いでしょう。

ーCan you see that in the distance?
「はるか向こうのあれが見える？」

ーCan you see that far away?
「遠くのあれが見える？」

in the long run は「長い目で見れば」という意味で、時間的に遠いことを指しており、距離的なことは言いません。
例：
My son is just finishing his MBA and it's a lot of hard work, but it will pay off in the long run.
「息子はもうすぐMBAを終えるが、とても大変だった。でも、長い目で見ればいつか良い結果につながるだろう」
