英語には「よろしく」という決まった表現がないので、次のように表現するとよいと思います。
ーI had a great season with you. Let's do it again next year!
「あなたと素晴らしいシーズンを過ごせたよ。来年もまたよろしくね！」
ーWe had a good winter on the slopes. I hope we can do it again next season!
「ゲレンデでよい冬を過ごしたね。来シーズンもまたよろしくね！」

“hit the slopes” は「ゲレンデに行く／滑りに行く」というネイティブらしいフレーズ。
