契約の関係で3年以上働けないって英語でなんて言うの？

契約で、アルバイトの人は3年しか働けないのですが 3ヶ月経てば、また同じバイト先に戻れて3年働けます。
外国人のお客様に 何で辞めたのか説明したいので、
「契約の関係で3年しか働けないけど、3ヶ月経てば戻れる」という英語の翻訳をお願いいたします。

例：
I can't work more than three years according to the contract.  If I want to work more than three years, I have to wait three months at the end of my three-year contract, and then I can renew it for another three years.
「私は契約の関係で３年以上働くことができない。３年以上働きたいなら、３年の契約の終わりに３ヶ月待たなければいけない。そしたらまた３年間（契約を）更新することができる」
according to the contract で「契約によると」
to wait three months で「３ヶ月待つ」
three-year contract で「３年契約」
to renew で「更新する」
