「ロックダウン」はそのまま、lockdownと言いますが、「緩和」のeasingと一緒に使うとrestrictionsを追加する必要になります。他の言い方はWith the easing of the lockdown（theを入れたこと）です。
「テラス席」はそのまま通じられると思いますが、一応outdoorも提案しています。
