「投資していたのにな」の「のになぁ」と言うニュアンスと言いたかったら、「I wish」は文頭につけることが出来ます。なので、このような文章となります。

「I wish I would have invested in that company 10 years ago.」

もっと短くすれば、「I wish I had invested in that company in that company 10 years ago.」となります。
