（息を）吸って、吐いてって英語でなんて言うの？

トレーニングをしている時の事。腹筋で起き上がる時に息を吐いて、下がっている時に吸ってね、と言いたい。please exhale when you get up and inhale when you go back.??

to exhale で「息を吐き出す」
to sit up で「起き上がる・上体を起こす」
to inhale で「息を吸い込む」
to lay down で「横になる」

ーCatch your breath on the way down, and let it out on the way up.
「上体を下げる時に息を吸って、上げる時に息を吐いて」
to catch one's breath で「息をつく」
to let it out でこの場合は「息を吐く」
