ご質問ありがとうございます。 元々の日本語は一つの文ですが英語にすると自然な言い方は二つの文に分けることです。 「中身」はcontentsと言いますが、inside（中が）だけでも自然に言えると思います。 「炭酸水」はcarbonated waterですが、sparkling waterもよく聞こえます（sparklingの方が高級な意味時ですね。）。 ご参考いただければ幸いです。

It’s just a special-edition bottle design, the water inside is plain sparkling water. The label is a limited collaboration, but the contents are the same: plain sparkling water. Only the packaging is different. It’s still regular sparkling water inside. 「デザインだけ特別」は、special-edition bottle / special-edition label / limited-edition packaging が使いやすいです。 special-edition は「特別仕様」、limited-edition は「限定」というニュアンスです。今回のように“有名デザイナーとのコラボ”なら collaboration label / designer collaboration がすごく合います。
