この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーOut of nowhere, I became the one who brought this up.
「いつの間にか、私がこれを提案した人になってる」
ーNow all of a sudden, I'm the one who first mentioned this.
「いつの間にか、私が最初にこれを言い出した人になってる」
この場合の「いつの間にか」は out of nowhere や now all of a sudden を使って表現すると良いでしょう。
