確かにI’m worried that my cat will bite cables. はほとんど言い方としか完璧にあっています。ただ　cables の前にthe が必要です。 最初の言い方は、I’m worried that my cat will bite the cables. は、猫がケーブルを噛まないか心配と言う意味として使われていました。 最初の言い方では、worried は、心配と言う意味として使われています。will bite the cables は、ケーブルを噛まないと言う意味として使われていました。 二つ目の言い方は、I’m troubled that my cat will bite the cables. は、猫がケーブルを噛まないか心配と言う意味として使われています。 二つ目の言い方では、troubled は、心配と言う意味として使われていました。 お役に立ちましたか？^ - ^

猫がケーブルを噛まないか心配 - I'm worried that my cat will bite the cables もしくは I'm worried that my cat might bite the cables 両方使えます。 I'm worried that he/she/it/they will/might ～ ははよく使うパターンです。Might を使うと～の確率が下がりますが、上記の文章の場合は意味はほぼ同じだと思います。
