（片手）手をあげてって英語でなんて言うの？

ALTの先生が\"hands up\"とよく言いますが、片手の場合hand upやraise your handが正しいのではないのでしょうか？

詳しいシチュエーションがわかりませんが、クラスの複数の生徒に対して \"hands up\" と言っているのなら、「（片手）手をあげて」という意味になりますよ。
Takuyaさんのおっしゃるように 
ーRaise your hand.
ーPut your hand up.
でも「（片手）手をあげて」と言えます。
