「体調が良くないので今日のレッスンは早めに終了したい」というのを直訳しますと、

I would like to finish our lesson early since I'm not feeling well. 
「（私は）体調が良くないので、今日のレッスンは早めに終了したい」

I would like to ...「〜したい」
since 「〜なので」
