「振替」は普通にchangeに訳していますが、この話ではpostponeの方がぴったりだと思います。delayも使えますのでそちらも提案しています。
「振替試験」をそのままに訳すとpostponed testとかDelayed testになりますが、自然な英文になれば、The test has been delayedになります。
例文：I had a test this month, but luckily it's been postponed until October because of the state of emergency.（試験が今月ありますがコロナの緊急事態宣言もあり、10月に受験振替になったので、ラッキーだ！）

この「振替試験」は、英語だと “make-up exam” もありますが、今回の状況は「自分だけが欠席して別日に受ける」ではなく、「試験そのものが変更になった（延期・日程変更）」に近いので、まずは rescheduled / moved / postponed が自然です。
