この場合の「そろそろ」は英語に訳しにくいですので、次のように言うのが良いかなと思います。
ーI think it's about time for us to see each other. I really miss you.
「そろそろ会おうよ。寂しいよ」
it's about time to ... で「そろそろ…する時間です・…してもいい頃です」
ーI haven't heard from you forever! I miss you.
「ずっと連絡がないよ！寂しいよ」
I haven't heard from you. で「あなたから連絡がない」
