BL発行月翌月末送金って英語でなんて言うの？

海外顧客との取引条件を交渉しています。適当な表現が思い浮かばず、、教えてください。
B/L issue month-end closing with payment the following month-end
とかでしょうか？

「BL 」は「Bill of Landing」という意味でしたら、英文は下記の通りになります。
「Remittance will be made the following end of the month after the Bill of Landing has been issued.」
