「湯気」はsteamと言います。「湯気でている」はis steamingと言いますが、steam is coming offにも訳せますね。「きっと」はsurelyと言いますが、この英文ではmustの方がふさわしいと思います。このmustはI must go to the storeという「必要」の意味ではありません。
