「不明な点が出た場合には、改めてご連絡します。」って英語でなんて言うの？

contact you again で「改めてご連絡します」を意味します。questions or uncertainties は「質問や不明な点」を指し、uncertainties は「不確実な点」「曖昧な点」というニュアンスで、不明な点を指すのに適した表現です。arise は「（問題などが）生じる、起こる」という意味の少しフォーマルな動詞です。
