move handsは自然に使えますが、自分を主語にしますからmove my handsになりますね。
しかし、TK様の説明を読んでから、「手を動かす」は「単調な仕事をする」という意味でしょうか。そうでしたら、do the workまたはworkだけにした方がいいと思います。ちなみに「単調な」はmonotonousと言いますので、do monotonous workと言えます。
例文：I want to be able to do monotonous work while thinking about something else.
