運動会はありますって英語でなんて言うの？

先生が学生に「明日雨が降ったら、運動会はありませんが、雨が降らなかったら、運動会があります。」と言いたいです。

If it does not rain,there is not Sports day??ですか？
この場合の運動会があります・ありませんの自然な表現がわかりません。

日本語のように訳すと不自然な言い方になってしまうので、次のように言うと良いかと思います。

ーIf it rains tomorrow, there will be no sports day, but if it doesn't rain, we will go ahead with things as scheduled.
「もし明日雨が降ったら運動会はありませんが、雨が降らなかったら予定どおり進めます」
we will go ahead with things as scheduled. 「予定どおりことを進めます」を使って「運動会はあります」と言えます。ここの things は運動会のことを言っています。

ーIf the weather is bad tomorrow, the sports day will be postponed, but if the weather is fine, we will have our sports day as planned.
「明日天気が悪かったら運動会は延期されますが、天気が良ければ予定どおり運動会があります」
to be postponed で「延期される」
we will have our sports day as planned. で「予定どおり運動会を行う」
