選手に罪はないから全力で応援したいって英語でなんて言うの？

「have nothing to do with ○○」は「○○とは関係ない」という表現です。

現在起きているオリンピックへの混乱、非難などはこの状況を理解している方とお話をしているのであれば、「this (intricate )situation」や「what is happening right now」で表すのが自然でしょう。「intricate situation」は「込み入った、複雑な状況」です。
