「あなたは多分私のことを忘れている」はこの場合次のように言うと良いでしょう。
ーI'm not sure if you remember me or not.
「あなたが私のことを覚えているかどうかわからない」

ーI think you may have forgotten me.
「あなたは私のことを忘れたかもしれない」

例：
I'm not sure if you remember me or not, maybe we should introduce ourselves to one another again.
「私のことを覚えているかどうかわからないから、もう一度お互いに自己紹介をした方がいいかも」
to introduce で「紹介する」
