洗わなくてはいけないお皿がたくさん溜まってしまった
とは英語でなんというのでしょうか？？
Many dishes I have to wash だと洗わなくてはいけないたくさんのお皿の意味になりますか？？

この場合は、次のように言うと自然で良いでしょう。

「シンクに洗わなければいけないお皿がたまっている」
there's a big pile of ... で「…がたまっている」と表現できます。
ーThe dirty dishes are really piling up in the kitchen sink. I better wash them soon.
「汚れたお皿がキッチンシンクで山積みになっている。洗わなきゃ」
to pile up で「積み重なる・たまる」
