芥川賞を勝った本なので「an Akutagawa Award-winning book」と言います。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。 ーI stood at a bookstore and read a whole book that won the Akutagawa Prize the other day. 「先日、本屋で芥川賞を受賞した本を一冊丸ごと立ち読みした」 「立ち読み」は通常 to browse「本などをざっと見る」を使って言えますが、本１冊を丸々読んでしまうほどなら、to stand and read a whole book のように言った方が良いでしょう。 ご参考まで！
