「受粉する」はpollinateという動詞を使い、
「受粉」はpollinationという名詞を使います。
The pollination wasn't successful, so it didn't bear any fruit.
「受粉が成功しなかったので、全く実が出来なかった」
bear fruitは「実がなる、実を結ぶ」という意味です(*^_^*)
I planted watermelon and pumpkin plants, but they weren't pollinated successfully, so neither of them produced any fruit.

hand-pollinateのhand-は「手動で」という意味で使われていますね。

（今年はカボチャとスイカを植えたけど、受粉に失敗したから実が一つもできなかった。）
と表現するのが良いでしょう。
