I'm so fascinated by the country.「私はその国にすごく魅了されている」
I'm so attracted to the country now.「私は今やその国に惹きつけられている」
I love everything about the country.「私はその国のすべてが大好きだ」

「その国の魅力にとりつかれている」という気持ちを伝えるには、I've become fascinated with the country. という表現が適しています。
fascinated with は「～に魅了される」「～に夢中になる」という意味で、強い関心や興味を持っている状態を表します。
例：
At first, I just wanted to chat with people from that country. But now, I've become fascinated with the country.
（最初は、その国の人とただ話したいだけでした。でも今では、その国の魅力にとりつかれています。）
