「久しぶりにスポーツをしたので、疲れた」

「運動」の内容が、バスケやサッカー、テニスなど、日本語で「スポーツ」と言えるような内容であれば、英語でもplay sports、または、play a sportと言えます。

また、for the first time in a whileは、直訳すれば、「しばらくの間で初めて」の意味で、「久しぶりに」の意味で使える慣用表現です。

for the first time in 2 years「2年ぶりに」
