These are quite common and generic expressions so if you'd the conversation really made you feel good you can say "Talking with you made my day!" or"Thank you, you made my day!" . This means that the conversation made your entire day better.
You could also say " Thanks! I feel MUCH after all we've talked about" if the conversation lifted your spirits.
Let them know that talking with them was "helpful" ! They will appreciate knowing that they are helpful too.
