このアカウントは絡んだり拡散するアカウントですって英語でなんて言うの？

SNSで海外の方に送る文なのですが、Aのアカウントをフォローしてくれた人をBでフォロバしているのですがフォローしてもいいですか？Bは絡んだり拡散するアカウントですがRTが多いのでRTは表示推奨です。返事が来たらフォローしにいくね！って言いたいです。ラフな感じで堅苦しさが伝わらないように言いたいです。
