"It's fine if it is cheap."＝「安くてもいい。」
"If possible though, a cool one!"＝「出来ればカッコいいやつ！」

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIt can be a cheap one, but I want a new watch that's sharp.
「安いやつでいいから新しいかっこいい時計が欲しい」
a new watch that's sharp で「かっこいい新しい時計」と言えます。
