「縦軸と横軸逆じゃないですか」って英語でなんて言うの？

横軸を%、縦軸を時間とした棒グラフがありましたが、横軸を時間、縦軸を%とするほうが自然かと思い、「それ逆じゃない？」っていうのを言いたかったです。とっさに vertical line and horizontal line are opposite.と言って伝わったみたいですが自然な表現でしょうか？

また、「それ逆じゃない？」だけ言いたいなら、「isn't that opposite」と言えます。
