He got angry at/with ... で「彼に怒られた」と表現できます。
ーHe gave me a blast for taking such a long holiday in the middle of the summer.
「夏の真っ只中に長期休暇を取ったので、彼に怒られた」
He gave me a blast for/about ... でも「彼に怒られた」とも表現できます。
