A: How often do you go camping?
「どのくらいの頻度でキャンプに行きますか？」
B: I go camping a lot when the temperature is right for my dog.
「犬にちょうどいい気温の時にキャンプにたくさん行きます」

または次のような言い方もできます。
ーI go camping as much as I can when it's not too hot for my dog.
「犬に暑すぎないときに、できるだけたくさんキャンプに行きます」
