「カバン」は（仕事で使う想定）で「書類カバン」の briefcase を使いました。
「専門店」は speciality store です。
英訳1：even though「〜であるけれども」を使うと、「せっかく買ったのに」という気持ちが伝わります。
suit は「合う」「適合する」という意味で、doesn't suit my needs で「私の要求に合わない」つまり「使いにくい」というニュアンスになります。
英訳2：even though を使わなくても、but でつないでもOKです。
I've realized「気づいてしまった」で、残念な状況がわかります。
「小物入れ」は pocket for small things としましたが、特に配置について細かく言わなくてもいいでしょう。
もし「内側のポケットが少なすぎる」場合は、there aren't enough internal pockets と言うこともできます。
