接客で必要なのですが、
ほとんど没収されないけど、没収される可能性があるのでお客様自身の判断で購入してくださいっていうニュアンスでつたえるにはなんと言えばいいですか？

ーThere is a chance your 〇〇 could be seized.  
「〇〇が没収されるかもしれない」
to be seize で「差し押えられる・押収される」

ーThere's a possibility your 〇〇 could be taken at customs.
「〇〇が税関で没収されるかもしれない」
to be taken で「取られる」

例：
There is a chance your 〇〇 could be seized.  You will need to decide for yourself if you want to buy it/them or not.
「〇〇が没収されるかもしれません。購入するかどうかはご自身で決断ください」
