（☆イギリス英語では誰かを好きであることを "I fancy ○○" という言い方もします。）
"so if you end up liking me,"＝「だからもし私を君が好きになったら」
"I'm not sure what I could do about it..."＝「私はそれに対してどうすれば良いのか分からない...。」

ーIt wouldn't be good if he started to like me.
「彼に好きになられても困るけど」
It wouldn't be good if ... で「…でも良くないけど・困るけど」
ーIt could be a problem if he started to take an interest in me.
「彼に好きになられても困るけど」
It could be a problem if ... で「…でも問題だけど・困るけど」
例：
It wouldn't be good if he started to like me because I like someone else.
「好きな人がいるから、彼に好きになられても困るけど」
