今日の天気は、何かな？外を見て！って英語でなんて言うの？

Look outside だけではダメかな？

What's the weather today? Can you go look outside?
今日の天気は何かな？外を見てきてくれる？

can you ... で「〜してくれる？」のようなニュアンスになります。

Look outside だけでも良いですが、少し寂しいので、次のように言うと良いですよ。

ーWhat's the weather like out there today?  Can you take a look for me?
「今日は天気どうかな？外見てくれる？」

ーI wonder how the weather is today.  Can you look outside?
「今日はどんな天気かな。外見てくれる？」
