「顔がそっくりなだけで、中身はそっくりかどうか知らないけど〜」も英語で付け加えたいです。One of my friends is very similar to..の後、英語でどう言えばいいかわからなくなってしまいました。自然な英語表現を教えてください！
I have a friend who looks very similar to (name), but only the face.
One of my friends is very similar to (name), but just the face.
A friend of mine looks just like (name).

"One of my friends is very similar to.."の後はその似ている有名人の名前を入れれば完璧です。
"very similar to ~" の代わりに "looks just like ~"も使えます。
例文："A friend of mine looks just like Doraemon, but just his face."
