障碍を持ってます。皆様のご理解、ご協力に感謝しますって英語でなんて言うの？

Question

日本には外見から分からないが援助や配慮を必要としているのを知らせるのに、ヘルプマークというものがあり、それをつけている人を見ると、席を譲ったり、手伝ったりしてくれますが、海外だと意味が分からないので、英文を添えたい。
