asunder を使って言えなくもないですが、古くてかたい表現なので、あまり自然ではないです。

次のように言ったほうが自然で良いです。
ーEven though the four people in my family all live under the same roof, our hearts are quite distant from one another.
「家族４人同じ家に住んでいるが、私たちの心は離ればなれだ」
quite distant from ... を使って表現すると良いでしょう。
