stupor を使って言う場合、to be in a stupor「意識がもうろうとする」のように表現すると良いでしょう。

「マンションの前で倒れた時、彼女は意識がもうろうとしていた」
または次のような言い方もできます。
ーWhen she collapsed in front of her apartment building, she was only half conscious.
「マンションの前で倒れた時、彼女は意識がもうろうとしていた」
only half conscious「半分だけ意識がある」ということはもう半分は意識がない＝「もうろうとしている」ことが言えます。
