覆面パトカーって英語でなんて言うの？

覆面パトカーにつかまった。と言いたいです。

この場合、次のように言えますよ。

ーI was pulled over by an undercover police car last night.
「昨夜、覆面パトカーに車を止められた」＝「つかまった」
an undercover police car で「覆面パトカー」

ーI was stopped by an unmarked police cruiser just outside my house.
「家の外で、覆面パトカーに止められた」
an unmarked police cruiser で「覆面パトカー」とも言えます。

ちなみに、私服警官のことは a plain clothes police officer と言います。

覆面、を直訳すると英語でdisguisedやmaskedになりますね。
Disguised police carやmasked police carでも通じるかと思いますが、
覆面パトカーは英語でunmarked police carで表現します。

例えば、
I got stopped by an unmarked police car 
覆面パトカーにつかまった。
スピード違反などで運転中に捕まった、という話で、英語でstoppedかpulled overという表現を使います。stoppedは運転中じゃない時でも使えます。
