日本ではこういう決まった言い回しがありますが、英語にはありますか？

直訳すれば、大体「Please use and correctly follow the directions and dosage of the medicine.」になります。文法的に間違っていませんが、ちょっと不自然です。

もっと決まった言い回しのようにすれば、英語では「Please read the directions and take the correct dosage for your medicine.」になります。
