いろいろな言い方ができますが、次のような表現はどうでしょう？
ーI overcame my parents' opposition to my marriage.
「両親の私の結婚への反対を押し切った」
to overcame someone's opposition to ... で「人の〜への反対を押し切る」という表現になります。
ーI went against the will of my parents and got married anyway.
「私は両親の意志に反して結婚した」
to go against the will of ...「…の意志に反する・逆らう」という表現もあります。

反対を押し切って結婚する、は英語でいろいろな言い方があります。下記の言い方のどちらでも表現できますね。

To marry despite opposition from one’s parents
To get married against the will of one’s parents
意味はあまり変わりないです。厳密にいうとwishesは「親の願っていること」という意味で、willやoppositionはより、「親の命令」みたいな重さのある表現です。
She married him against the wishes of her parents
彼女が親の反対を押し切って彼と結婚しました。
