幸いコロナにって英語でなんて言うの？

感染者の多い場所へ旅行したのですが、幸いコロナにかからなかったので良かった。と言う表現が知りたいです。

「幸い…にかからなかった」は次のように表現できます。
ーluckily I didn't get it
ーfortunately I didn't come down with it
病気などにかかることは to get ... や to come down with ... のように表現します。

例：
I went travelling to a place where lots of people had the Coronavirus, but luckily I didn't get it.
「コロナが流行っている場所に旅行に行ったが、幸い（コロナに）かからなかった」
