どうしても〜できないって英語でなんて言うの？
大学のホームページで、学籍番号やパスワードをいれてログインするのに、「何度やってもどうしてもログインできないです」と伝えたい時はどう言えば良いでしょうか？

I just can't seem to ... で「どうしても…できない」を表現できます。

I can't ... for some reason or another. で「どうしても…できない」とも言えます。
