４人の息があうって英語でなんて言うの？

「演奏」に限らず、「演技」や「ダンス」などももちろんperformanceという言葉で表現できます。
「息が合って」は、in tune, in sync, in harmony, in perfect harmony, tightなどと言えます。

３つの英訳それぞれの補足は以下の通りです：

英訳１：syncはsynchronization（同時発生）の省略です。

英訳２：直訳は「４人がお互いをよくわかっているので、演奏が素晴らしかった」となります。

英訳３：be in tune with ...は「…と調和して」という表現です。

→Syncは"synchronisation"の略で「同時に起きること」を意味します。シンクロナイズドスイミングの「シンクロ」と同じ言葉です。

Four musicians performed harmoniously. 「四人の演奏家は調和した演奏をしました。」
→Harmoniouslyは「調和した」なので、息ぴったりの演奏を表す言葉として使えるかなと思います。
