「これくるの待ってた！」は英語で「I've been waiting for this!」と言います。「It's finally here!」は「やっと来た！」の意味ですが、同じ時に使う表現だと思いますので使えると思います。この場合は、私は「It's finally here!」のような表現を使いますが人によって「I've been waiting for this!」のような表現を使う人がいますので両方も自然な言い方です。
