文脈がなければ、Halloweenではなく、生活（人生）で魔女になる予定です！という意味になりますので、わざとHalloweenを文章に入れました（笑）

ハロウィンって言葉をいれてませんが、costumeってあるのでホンモノの魔女になる予定じゃないことはわかります。

「今年のハロウィン」だけなら "this year's Halloween" と訳しますが、
"I'm thinking to dress up as witch for Halloween" だけでめ通じます。"This year's" 入らなくてもいい。この文章の場合、来るハロウィンのことだとわかるから。
